It is fully permitted and licensed, equipped with indoor cultivation and a distribution license. The facility has 700 lights in 10 cultivation rooms which consist of a mother room, clone room, veg room and 7 flower rooms.

Each flower room has 80 double ended LUX lights on a pulley system, three Quest dehumidifiers, and four 30” HAF fans for air circulation. The veg room contains 140 lights and has capabilities to double stack tables for additional space.

Energy Efficiency

The Fertigation room is equipped with a Netafim system to precisely automate and fertigate each room, a Pure Aqua RO system, an Atlas Capco fogger for pesticide application that is plumbed to each room, and 15 mixing tanks. The rooms are also equipped with inline drains and the entire facility is sprinklered.

Energy efficiency was also top of mind as the entire facility is built with PUF insulated panels. Other rooms include two dry rooms, four storage rooms, an office, a conference room with full kitchen, two bathrooms, a locker room, a trim room, and a distribution room with a roll up door.
